Intermediate Course (AUG/SEP)

Service Description

This 6 week course is suitable for intermediate level pole peeps and a great next step from our Improver course. For this level you will need to have a good understanding of beginner spins, grips and climbing. In this course we will work on putting together longer combos and sequences of moves, 1 handed spins as working on inverts. If you are unsure whether this class is right for you, please get in touch directly and we can assess which level will be best! Booking: You can now combine your course with our other dance or stretch classes! Choose : - Course + Stretch (6 week course + 6 Body weight training and Stretch classes) - Course + Dance (6 week course + 6 Sensual Dance/ Lyrical Pole/ Heels Choreo, Heels Foundations/Beginner Flow) If you would like to book a course combo please make sure you are available for the additional classes (see our drop in class timetable) *If you would like to join a course but are on a low income/ do not have the means to do so please do get in touch, we would like to make Pole accessible to everyone! We also offer an NHS discount, please get in touch this applies to you. NB: *This course is non-refundable once the first class of the course has started. A refund or reschedule can be arranged with at least 48 hours notice prior to the start of the course. *If you cannot attend one of the sessions, this class cannot be redeemed or refunded. You may attend one of the drop in classes within that same week if 24 hours notice is given/ if there is available space. *Please make sure you are on time to classes. If you are more than 10 minutes late you may not be able to attend the class as you will have missed the warm up.
