Service Description
This immersive yoga journey includes meditation, gentle āsana, somatic exploration & intuitive movement. Somatic Yoga focuses on understanding how the mind is expressed through the body in movement. Become internally curious and move from your truth. This class is trauma informed and a supported space for all levels, genders and bodies.

Cancellation Policy
Please give 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your class. As all the Solstice Day Classes are one off classes you will not be able to reschedule unless you would like to reschedule to one of the other Solstice Day classes. We do not offer refunds however if you are unable to attend your class we can offer a voucher for any of the drop in classes on our timetable.
