Service Description
This 45 minute class is all about fitness, fun and conditioning! We will start with an energetic cardio warm up then work on conditioning techniques that are great for helping with pole moves or just to build up tone and muscle. Whether you come to pole fit or not, these classes are a great addition to your fitness regime incorporating, cardio, calisthenics and a banging playlist :)

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please give as much notice as possible, preferably 24 hours notice. We do not offer refunds however will try to offer rescheduling solutions if you cannot make a class. We can be fairly flexible however if you would like to reschedule and all other classes are fully booked you will have to forfeit your booking.
