Shake away those Januray blues and join Rosie at Solstice Studio for a twerk! 

In this 2 hour workshop you'll learn different twerking techniques then we'll put it altogether into a routine full of fun and bounce :P

Wear whatever you are comfortable to dance around in. We would reccomend loose trousers or pole shorts for maximum jiggle power. We also recommend bringing knee pads if you have them. (no heels required)

This workshop is open to all!
