Solstice Studio

OUR STORY
A Bit about the founder of Solstice Studio

Ro discovered pole fitness at university. After recovering from a broken spine they were told they needed to do exercise that keeps their core strong. So they gave pole a try and have never looked back! It has given them confidence, strength, endless joy and not to mention helped hugely with my back pain.
After graduating from University with First Class Honours in Primary Education with Music Specialism, then teaching at a London primary school for four years (whilst still keeping up with my pole practice and training for three years at the National Centre of Circus Arts) they decided to try and pursue their goal of starting their own business. And spreading the joy of pole!
