Located in Margate Old Town, we're just a 10-minute walk from Margate Station and only 2 minutes from the beach, making the studio easily accessible while offering a unique coastal setting.
The space combines natural daylight with a range of colourful LED lighting options, allowing you to create the perfect atmosphere whether you're teaching a yoga class, hosting a workshop, filming content, or running a creative event.

Suitable for one-off classes, workshops,
rehearsals, photoshoots, and events.
Regular Weekly Hire
£20 per hour
Available for instructors and practitioners booking a
regular weekly slot.
Pole-Free Studio Hire
£25 per hour
If you require a completely clear floor space,
poles can be removed prior to your booking.
Pole removal and reinstallation fee: £8 per booking
Half-Day Hire
£90
Up to 4 hours.
Full-Day Hire
£180
Up to 8 hours.

If you are a yoga, dance or anything else teacher and are looking for a space to teach please feel free to get in touch.
We understand that setting up new classes can be financially worrying. So if you would like to rent the studio to teach a class let us know and we can work out a profit share percentage if that is preferable to paying the upfront studio hire.
We would also offer promotion of your class via our social media and website.
