Have you thought about doing pole before but been a little nervous, not had the time or just not quite got round to it yet?? Well this is your chance to come and give pole fitness and dance a try for just £8! In this 2 hour taster you will get snippets of the different classes we have to offer including Pole Fitness, Sensual Dance, Lyrical Pole and Slow Flow. See this as a one stop shop to try pole in all it's many forms and facets. There are limited spaces so get booking. (As there are limited spaces, please only book if you really intend to come along. If you book then cannot attend please let me know so that I can reallocate the ticket)

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please give as much notice as possible, preferably 24 hours notice. We do not offer refunds however will try to offer rescheduling solutions if you cannot make a class. We can be fairly flexible however if you would like to reschedule and all other classes are fully booked you will have to forfeit your booking.
