Service Description

Would you like to master the mezmerising spinny pole? This 6 week Spinny Pole course focuses on building flow and linking sequences, developing stamina for spinning and creating beautiful, dynamic shapes. *Heels Optional* Prior pole knowledge and experience is required therefore this course is suitable for upper beginner (improver) - intermediate polers. There will be differentiation within the class so that everyone is able to access the learning and thrive! Booking: You can now combine your course with our other classes! The additional options are: Course + 6 Strength and Stretch Classes (Mondays 11:30am) Course + Dance (6 week course + 6 Sensual dance/ lyrical pole/ heels choreo) This is a fun, safe environment for you to give pole a go amongst other polers at your level! NB: *This course is non-refundable once the first class of the course has started. A refund or reschedule can be arranged with at least 48 hours notice prior to the start of the course. *If you cannot attend one of the sessions, this class cannot be redeemed or refunded. You may attend one of the drop in classes within that same week if 24 hours notice is given/ if there is available space. *Please make sure you are on time to classes. If you are more than 10 minutes late you may not be able to attend the class as you will have missed the warm up.
