Pole fitness is a great way to get fit and have fun! In these classes you will learn new moves, combos and build up your strength and flexibility. Although these are fitness focussed classes there will still be an element of dance but don’t worry NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE is necessary. Just bring your lovely self and lots of energy!
In these classes we will focus on exploring sensuality, connecting with music and creating choreography.
Pole has fantastic fitness benefits but it is so much more than that. It is also a creative outlet in which you can connect with yourself and your body through sensual movement. It is this element of pole dancing that we will practice together through these classes.
As well as offering a range of pole fitness classes we also have some fantastic yoga classes at the studio!
Yoga is a practice that promotes building strength and flexibility in both body and mind. Using playful and energetic rocket sequences, you can get away from your thoughts and into your body and breath. This helps build patience, resilience and self-knowledge in your life off the mat. The classes are strongly focused around deep, long and nourishing breaths and centred around how the poses feel in the body, not about how they look!
