About the event
We are very excited to have the wonderful Polina joining at Solstice Studio for a cheeky chairography workshop.
In this 2 hour workshop you will learn a stunning chair dance plus have time to try our some daring acro chair tricks.
Polina has been teaching pole, chair and stretch since moving to the UK from Ukraine in 2022. After trying Pole and buying her first pole heels in 2019 she fell in love with the world of dance. She says that femininity, flow and working with the body is all you need to feel happy.
This workshop is mixed level (suitable for beginners)
Heels optional
Bring knee pads and wear tights or leggings (bums covered for extra silding :P)
