Free Flow: A Somatic Movement Workshop
This creative workshop is about finding flow and freedom in moving moment to moment. It’s a chance to release tension, explore new pathways of body connection, and express yourself honestly without performance.
In this 90 minute session you’ll be guided through nourishing somatic practices, solo and partner exercises and free movement- all set to carefully selected tunes to support you on the journey
Open to all levels and bodies—no dance or movement experience needed, just curiosity, a willingness to explore.
What to wear/ bring:
