Free Flow: A Somatic Movement Workshop
Free Flow is an immersive 1.5 hour exploration of the intuitive intelligence of the body designed to help you tune in, feel fully, move freely & let go
Emily will guide you through a series of grounding somatic practices, partner work, & free-form movement to a downtempo DJ set by Mille_et_une. The end of the session will be dedicated to reflective practise so bring something to write on
This is a supported space open to all levels and bodies—no dance or performance experience just come with your curiosity
