Workshop Overview

This 2-hour workshop will focus on leg waves and circles, designed to enhance your movement skills and make your waves smooth. You will learn a range of techniques both on the pole and floor work.

Agenda

• Warm-Up: Engage in a series of dynamic stretches and movements to prepare the body. We will focus on that tricky hip turn in and out, straightening legs and stretches to help develop flexibility.

• Exercises: Standing leg waves, clockwork, a range of different leg circles, fan kicks

• Routine: Conclude with a short routine incorporating all the moves learned during the workshop!
