Strip & Chair with Polina

We are very excited to have the wonderful Polina joining us again at Solstice Studio for a seductive strip and chairography workshop.

In this 2 hour workshop you will learn a piece of choreography using chair dance and tricks to create a sensual strip tease routine.

Polina has been teaching pole, chair and stretch since moving to the UK from Ukraine in 2022. After trying Pole and buying her first pole heels in 2019 she fell in love with the world of dance. She says that femininity, flow and working with the body is all you need to feel happy.

This workshop is mixed level (suitable for beginners)
