Service Description

Guest Instructor Sam is a fully level 2 qualified fitness trainer and teach a variety of exercise classes. She has almost 3 years experience and have worked with all abilities and ages. Sam's new body weight strength training class will focus on building upper, lower and core body strength. If you're not a fan of weight training then body weight training is perfect for you. Using your own weight as well as resistance bands, Sam will guide you through a full body workout, starting with a cardio based warm up, strength training then a relaxing stretch to finish. It's the perfect accompaniment to your pole training or, if you don't pole, just part of your weekly exercise routine! NB: *Drop in classes are non-refundable. Please give plenty of notice if you cannot attend your class, preferably 24 hours. We can reschedule your booking (providing there is space) or offer you a class credit with notice. *Please make sure you are on time to classes. If you are more than 10 minutes late you may not be able to attend the class as you will have missed the warm up.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please give as much notice as possible, preferably 24 hours notice. We do not offer refunds however will try to offer rescheduling solutions if you cannot make a class. We can be fairly flexible however if you would like to reschedule and all other classes are fully booked you will have to forfeit your booking.
