We are very excited to have the wonderful Polina joining Solstice Studio for a monthly Intermediate Chair class . In this 90 min class you will learn daring acro chair tricks and how to put them together into seamless sequences. Polina has been teaching pole, chair and stretch since moving to the UK from Ukraine in 2022. After trying Pole and buying her first pole heels in 2019 she fell in love with the world of dance. She says that femininity, flow and working with the body is all you need to feel happy. Heels optional Bring knee pads NB: *Drop in classes are non-refundable. Please give plenty of notice if you cannot attend your class, preferably 24 hours. We can reschedule your booking (providing there is space) or offer you a class credit with notice. *Please make sure you are on time to classes. If you are more than 10 minutes late you may not be able to attend the class as you will have missed the warm up.
