Heels Foundations (SEP/OCT)

Service Description

If you would like to try heels but you're nervous. Don't worry we have the perfect class for you! In this 6 week course Molly will teach you the basics of moving in heels, from walking to pirouettes. Each class you'll learn a few heels techniques then put them together into a short flow plus have some time to play around at the end. Molly originally trained as a gymnast then found pole through working at a strip club. Admiring the women’s strength & confidence she wanted to embody what they had. She started pole in 2015 & has been doing it intermittently since. She is particularly interested in flow, musicality & creating seemingly effortless pretty shapes. Molly has trained in static, spin, heals & contemporary at London Dance Academy, The Pole Room Melbourne and PDA Sydney. What you will need to bring: Pole heels Knee pads (optional but recommended) Plenty of water energy and good vibes! NB: *This course is non-refundable once the first class of the course has started. A refund or reschedule can be arranged with at least 48 hours notice prior to the start of the course. *If you cannot attend one of the sessions, this class cannot be redeemed or refunded. You may attend one of the drop in classes within that same week if 24 hours notice is given/ if there is available space. *Please make sure you are on time to classes. If you are more than 10 minutes late you may not be able to attend the class as you will have missed the warm up.
