Service Description
Movement lab is a mixed level flow and tricks class on a spin pole, heels recommended but not necessary. Liv is a movement artist and ex skripper. She is interested in helping people find their most expressive self. She has been dancing for about 9 years now and has developed her own fluid and evocative style. Join her to find yours! NB: *Drop in classes are non-refundable. Please give plenty of notice if you cannot attend your class, preferably 24 hours. We can reschedule your booking (providing there is space) or offer you a class credit with notice. *Please make sure you are on time to classes. If you are more than 10 minutes late you may not be able to attend the class as you will have missed the warm up.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please give as much notice as possible, preferably 24 hours notice. We do not offer refunds however will try to offer rescheduling solutions if you cannot make a class. We can be fairly flexible however if you would like to reschedule and all other classes are fully booked you will have to forfeit your booking.
