Service Description
Join the wonderful Polina for a series of monthly workshops. Polina has been teaching pole, chair and stretch since moving to the UK from Ukraine in 2022. After trying Pole and buying her first pole heels in 2019 she fell in love with the world of dance. She says that femininity, flow and working with the body is all you need to feel happy. Each month she'll be putting on a 90 min session. Taking you through her signature seductive, elegant style on Pole, chair and sometimes both together! These are mixed level classes (suitable for beginners) Heels encouraged but not necessary Bring Knee Pads and plenty of water! NB: *Drop in classes are non-refundable. Please give plenty of notice if you cannot attend your class, preferably 24 hours. We can reschedule your booking (providing there is space) or offer you a class credit with notice. *Please make sure you are on time to classes. If you are more than 10 minutes late you may not be able to attend the class as you will have missed the warm up.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please give as much notice as possible, preferably 24 hours notice. We do not offer refunds however will try to offer rescheduling solutions if you cannot make a class. We can be fairly flexible however if you would like to reschedule and all other classes are fully booked you will have to forfeit your booking.
