Pole has fantastic fitness benefits but it so much more than that. It is also a creative outlet in which you can connect with yourself and your body through sensual movement. In sensual dance you learn choreography in a range of styles ranging from slow and sultry to sassy and powerful! Each week you will learn a new section of choreo, working through one song a month.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please give as much notice as possible, preferably 24 hours notice. We do not offer refunds however will try to offer rescheduling solutions if you cannot make a class. We can be fairly flexible however if you would like to reschedule and all other classes are fully booked you will have to forfeit your booking.
