Service Description

Would you like to master the mezmerising spinny pole? We have opened up the 6 week Spinny Pole course to drop ins. The course focuses on building flow and linking sequences, developing stamina for spinning and creating beautiful, dynamic shapes. *Heels Optional* Prior pole knowledge and experience is required therefore this course is suitable for upper beginner (improver) - intermediate polers. There will be differentiation within the class so that everyone is able to access the learning and thrive! This is a fun, safe environment for you to give pole a go amongst other polers at your level! NB: *This class is non-refundable. A reschedule can be arranged with at least 48 hours notice prior to the start of the class. *Please make sure you are on time to classes. If you are more than 10 minutes late you may not be able to attend the class as you will have missed the warm up.
