Heels Workshop with Molly

Saturday 18th May 3pm

In this 2 hours workshop you will learn heels techniques that you'll put together into a beautiful routine. You will also have time to find your own flow and rhythm with heels dancing, plus plenty of time for pictures and videos!

There are limited spaces so get in there quick.

Since December 2021 we have been committed to bringing a fun, safe space for people to come and have a go at pole dance and fitness. Pole fit is an incredible way to build up strength, stamina and flexibility. It is also a way to express sensuality, reconnect with your body and build up confidence.

A main goal of ours is to build a community in which everyone feels supported, encouraged and challenged. For experienced and brand new polers alike! 

We are a queer run business and our aim is to provide a welcoming, inclusive space. 

We firmly believe that pole and dance is for everyone and every body!

Pole Fitness scared me at first, but classes with Rosie are incredible and she's an amazing teacher. If you're scared, even more reason to do it, you 100% won't regret it.
